Order Terms
50% Deposit Required
A 50% deposit or full payment reserves your cake.
Please allow 3 to 5 days or 1 month in advanced for bookings. We do not book orders 3 months to a year in advanced. Same day and next day orders are available but not guaranteed (Full Payment Required).
Once deposit is made, please note that the balance is due 2 days before pickup/delivery and not day off. Failure to do so will result in not receiving your cake. Cake orders made less than 5 days before due date must be paid in full.
We must receive the balance by the due date given or contract is null and void.
The payment of your deposit is the final date for any changes to the flavor/design of the cake only. Any changes requested after this date may not be guaranteed.
Cancellation/Refund
A 25% Fee is charged on all canceled orders after deposit is made, If full payment was made a 50% cancellation fee will be charged if orders are canceled within 24 to 48 hours. Your payment can be transferred to a different date upon approval.
SPECIAL NOTICES
Please note that some orders may contain items and or ingredients that are non-toxic and not FDA approved. Items may contain support structures such as toothpicks, cake boards, ribbons, straws, bamboo sticks, toppers etc. These items must be removed prior to consumption.
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, soy, coconut, gluten and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. Please note that our treats and cake drips are sometimes done with Chocolate, Candy Melts, Icing or Almond Bark.
Please let us know of any food allergies.
On occasion, we will photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
HANDLING AND CARE
We are not responsible for any damages to the cake after delivery or pickup is completed. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below. Please note that our cakes are covered with buttercream icing and may melt if left out over a period of time.
If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves.
Please note that 2 and above tier cakes are heavy and very difficult to deliver. It is best to have company when picking up such cakes.
DELIVERY
Delivery may be delayed depending on the condition of the weather/traffic, we apologize but we have no control of what may happen around this time.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the location is open and available for drop off or set up at the appointed time. Please provide name of place, address, room number and gate code for delivery purposes.
Delivery is $30. Delivery to further places require $10 extra. We Deliver to most Homes, Airbnbs, Hotels, Villas and Restuarants.
